The purpose of this panel is store different ruleset that apply to different scenarios. And these rulesets can be reused in other develop framework plan.
This panel has two sections, which are add new ruleset and ruleset list.
Add new ruleset
You can define new ruleset there by giving a name, description and each ruleset value.

| top | Floor to floor height | Height of each floor in the top |
| top | Floor number | The number of floors (stories) in the top |
| top | Height | The total height of the top |
| top | Setback from Road Class 1 | The top setback from highest road level in hierarchy |
| top | Setback from Road Class 2 | The top setback from second highest road level in hierarchy |
